      Problem opening the interface: GetTextExtentPoint32

      The following error message is displayed in Requisis_ReX 2.12.1

      Solution


      The problem is due to an error in DOORS 9.6.1.6.

      1. Install a newer version from Requisis_ReX or from DOORS.
      2. You can get the latest version of Requisis_ReX with the corresponding download code in our file download
      3. If you do not have a download code for the latest version of Requisis_ReX, please contact our support team
