If the error is difficult to analyze, the support team may ask you to turn on requisis_ReX Debug Mode to understand your problem. In this case, proceed as described below:
Open the config.cfg file with an editor like Notepad++ or similar. You will find this file in the following subfolder: C:\REQUISIS\DXL\addins\REQUISIS\requisis_ReX\config
Navigate in the file to the Logging settings section and change the line LogLevel=INFO to LogLevel=DEBUG
Save the file and restart requisis_ReX
Perform your import/export as usual to reproduce the error.
After the error has occurred, navigate to your import/export folder depending on where your specific error occurs.
Zip the complete folder with the name of your module from the operation you just performed including the folder "_IMPORT_TEMP_FOLDER" (very important). You can recognize this folder by the modification date in your file explorer.
Attach the file to your ticket or upload the file via the upload area. The support team will keep you informed about the progress of your request.
