      Necessary information for product support at requisis_DoX

      If you report problems with requisis_DoX, please provide the following information

      • Read the version used from the GUI.
      • Where does the error occur: Export from module or export with configuration module?
      • Provide the complete error message.
      • Provide the Word template used from the template subfolder.
      • Provide the customerFormats.inc file from the customizing subfolder.
      • Provide the head.rtf file from the export subfolder.
      • Zip the corresponding files and provide them.
      • For ZIP files larger than 100MB, please utilize the upload portal at  and indicate the ticket number in the file name.
