      Necessary information for the product support at the ReqIF manager

      If you report any problems with requisis_ReqIF manager, please provide the following information.

      • Does the causing error have an error number? If yes, has the suggested solution from the table been tried?see reqIF Manager FAQ
      • Is it a bug that is covered in this wiki page? Error messages and handling
      • Read the used version from the GUI
      • Where does the error happen: configuration, import, mapping or export?
      • Communicate complete error message
      • Activate Debug Log checkbox and provide all information according to the following guide (note version)
      • For zips over 100MB, use the upload portal and include the file name in the ticket.
